Thank you for shopping with Glowvoria. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully so that you understand how we process and deliver your orders.


SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.


SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and shipping carrier delays.


SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. No discount code required.


SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Glowvoria ships from international fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.


SECTION 6 - LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@glowvoria.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors and local post office before contacting us.


SECTION 7 - INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Glowvoria is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@glowvoria.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is confirmed.


SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your Glowvoria purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glowvoria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened and used are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
