We stand behind GlowSculpt™ Pro and want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is everything you need to know.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return Contact us at info@glowvoria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Hygiene Policy For health and hygiene reasons devices that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. This is standard practice for personal wellness devices.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
